1. Personalised & Handmade Items

All our products are personalised and handmade to order, making each item unique. As a result:

  • Items cannot be reused or resold once created.
  • Refunds are offered at 50% of the original purchase price due to the cost of materials, time, and effort involved in crafting your custom item.

2. Returns Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item under the following conditions:

  • Return Postage: Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.
  • Condition of Return: The item must be returned in its original condition within 14 days of delivery.
  • Once the item is received and inspected, a refund of 50% of the original price will be processed.

3. Customer-Supplied Materials (e.g., Memory Items)

For products such as memory blankets, where customers provide sentimental fabric or materials:

  • We are not liable for any loss or damage to materials sent to us via post.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure these materials are securely packaged and tracked when sent.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

In the rare instance that you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will assess the situation and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or partial refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the customised nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Personalised items that were made according to the customer's specifications.
  • Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
